Any product sold on Mixdressy undergoes strict quality inspection. All products are non refundable.
If any product purchased on Mixdressy is found to be defective, please contact Mixdressy customer service within 3 days of receipt and provide us with the relevant order number, photos of the product showing the defect, and your personal data for further processing.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you first received it, unworn/unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. Please send the defective product to our address within 5 days after applying for a return. After receiving and inspecting the item you returned, we will notify you whether to approve the refund.
If approved, you will receive a refund within approximately 10 working days. Please contact Mixdressy customer service for more details.
If not approved, you will bear the shipping cost for returning the goods. Once we receive your shipping payment, we will resend the goods to you.
If the manufacturer stops producing a certain product that you purchased from us, we will contact you immediately upon receiving the message and provide a full refund for that product.
The following situations will not result in refunds:
- The customer just changed their mind (due to differences in computer screen resolution and settings, there may be slight color differences, which is normal. We will try our best to present the most original colors on our website. Therefore, we do not accept any refund requests due to color differences.)
- We do not accept refunds for any worn, used products, or any products without original labels or packaging.
- If you do not contact Mixdressy customer service to request a refund within 3 days from the date of receipt.
