1. IMPORTANT RETURN REQUIREMENT
Please note: All returns must be contacted and confirmed by our customer support team prior to shipping items back.
Do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the original shipping package or any other address without our prior authorization. Any returned packages sent without customer service confirmation and a provided return authorization will not be processed or refunded.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that your items meet the following conditions:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- Items must have all original tags attached and remain in their original packaging.
3. EXEMPT ITEMS
Certain types of goods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

- Intimates, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits.
- Gift cards.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Get Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email containing the correct centralized return warehouse address and specific instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the Package: Securely pack the items and ship them to the authorized address provided by our team. You must use a local courier service that provides a tracking number.
- Share Tracking: Reply to our team with the tracking number so we can monitor your return.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), MIXDRESSY will cover all return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size change, color preference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. We do not charge any additional restocking fees.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
